COMPOSITION<\/p>\n

Flutron-FC Pour-on Solution is a yellowish – dark brown – red coloured solution. Each ml contains 10 mg of flumethrin and 5 mg of cyfluthrin.<\/p>\n

INDICATIONS FOR USE<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

It is indicated in cattle and sheep in the treatment of adult and development stages of single and multi-host ticks (Boophilus\u00a0<\/em>spp.,\u00a0Hyalomma\u00a0<\/em>spp.,\u00a0Rhipicephalus\u00a0<\/em>spp.,\u00a0Ixodes ricinus<\/em>,\u00a0Amblyomma\u00a0<\/em>spp.,\u00a0Dermacentor\u00a0<\/em>spp.), sucking and biting lice (Haematopinus sternus<\/em>,\u00a0Linognathus vituli<\/em>,\u00a0Bovicola bovis<\/em>), facultative and stationary flies landing on body surfaces. It is mainly effective against the following flies:<\/p>\n

Biting flies:\u00a0Haematobia irritans\u00a0<\/em>(horn fly),\u00a0Haematobia irritans exigua\u00a0<\/em>(buffalo fly),\u00a0Haematobia stimulans<\/em>,\u00a0Stomoxys calcitrans\u00a0<\/em>(barn fly)<\/p>\n

Horse-flies: Tabanus, Pangonia, Haematopota (horse-fly), Chrysops, Hybomitra<\/p>\n

Sucking flies:\u00a0Musca autumnalis\u00a0<\/em>(face fly),\u00a0Hydrotaea irritans\u00a0<\/em>(head fly),\u00a0Morrelia\u00a0<\/em>spp.,\u00a0Musca domestica\u00a0<\/em>ve\u00a0Fannia canicularis\u00a0<\/em>(house fly)<\/p>\n

ADMINISTRATION ROUTES AND AMOUNTS<\/p>\n

Unless advised otherwise by the veterinarian, the cap of the polyethylene bottle is opened and by pressing the bottle slightly, required amount of solution is filled to the upper part. Then the bottle is released and the solution in the upper part is poured along the back part of the cattle. Application dosage is 0.5 mg\/kg bw based on the pharmacological dosage of cyfluthrin.
